Rocket from Lebanon Injures Four Israelis Near Border

(MENAFN) Four Israelis were injured Tuesday when a rocket fired from Lebanon hit a building in Kiryat Ye’oval in the Galilee, according to Israeli media. Channel 13 reported that the injuries were minor, and air raid sirens were triggered in several Israeli settlements along the Lebanese border. No group in Lebanon immediately claimed responsibility for the attack.

Earlier on Tuesday, Hezbollah said it targeted three Israeli military bases in northern Israel and the occupied Golan Heights using rockets and drones in retaliation for Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon.

The Israeli army began a ground incursion into southern Lebanon early Tuesday, following airstrikes on Monday that killed at least 52 people and injured over 150 in Beirut and southern Lebanon.
